3. We will not let one market player dominate over its competitors.
Thus, a property owner or broker can secure a property described in our database, unless somebody else has already secured it.
Securing a property in the database (commercial, retail premises or warehouse) generally means:
- You enjoy the right to update existing data on this particular property,
- Property is listed as represented by your firm with your contact information and link to your site (in case you still do not have one, we will help you generate a simple version at almost no cost),
- You retain the exclusive right to place your offers within this property in the "Current Offers" section of our site (up to three offers - free of charge).
Current Offers Section
You can place the information on your premises offered for rent or sale in the section "Current Offers", unless the property you are offering is located within premises secured by somebody else in our databases.
This section of the site is fast-changing and represents hot offers by market players to potential buyers or tenants.
Our site provides various options for advertising your brand on the front and secondary pages of our site.
